The Ichiba

The player market. Buy the good a row is short of, or sell what a floor handed you and take Kin today rather than at the settle — with 10% off the side that fills.

Why you end up here

Buggara Keeps the market in Akakiba School, a few paces from Itaron and Atsumi. The whole loop stands in one room: take a row, find you are short, buy the last good here, and hand it in without leaving.

A row at the counter asks for three goods. Some evenings the floor hands you two of them, and the third is sitting on the Ichiba because somebody else pulled it and does not need it. That is what the market is for in the raid loop — finishing a row you cannot finish yourself.

The other direction works too: sell what you pulled off a floor and take Kin today rather than waiting 3 days for the season to settle.

It is also the one place Kin reaches you before the season settles. Everything else in the loop ends on the 3-day clock; a sale ends when somebody buys.

What it asks for

  • To sell Level 10 and an active Tegata. Buying asks for neither.
  • Taker fee 10% minimum 1 Kin. It comes off the side that fills, and it is destroyed.
  • An order lasts 72 hours then it expires and what it held comes back to you. 30 open at once.
Buying is open to anyone who can walk to the counter. Selling is what the level and the pass are for.

No Kin is created here. A trade moves it from one purse to another, and the cut in the middle leaves the game entirely — so the market is a place Kin changes hands and a place some of it stops existing, never a place more of it appears. Where that cut goes →

100 Kin10 Kin90 Kin

10,000 Kin1,000 Kin9,000 Kin

The cut lands on the side that fills an order, not the side that posted it, and it never falls below 1 Kin — so a trade small enough to round the fee to nothing is charged that instead.

The bounds an order sits inside

What an order may say
  • Price, each 1 – 100,000,000 Kin
  • Quantity up to 10,000
  • Orders open at once 30 per character
  • Lifetime 72 hours, then it returns to you
Outside those bounds the order is refused rather than clipped, so a fat-fingered figure never becomes a listing you did not mean to make.

Every price on this page is what the counter charges you today — not a plan, not a rough idea. And the cut it takes is burned rather than pocketed, which you can watch adding up on the item explorer.
