Masks
Its own slot, so it competes with nothing you already wear — and every one of the seven hangs real stats on you. 1,800 permanent copies will ever be made, and once they are they mint on Robinhood Chain and trade on OpenSea.
How you get one
Baccaro
Deals the Flip Card, and runs the Mask Exchange — his two menu entries.
Nine cards face down, you pick one, you keep what is under it. The ticket is one
Un Ken: 50 Kin in the shop, or a boss drop,
which is the free way in.
Flip a card
One Un Ken a flip — bought for 50 Kin, or dropped by a boss.
A rental comes out
3-day or 7-day. Wear it immediately; it is the full mask.
Turn the spares in
A mask you were never going to wear is Aoi Seika at the same NPC.
Buy the one you want
Permanent, out of the same counter, while its ceiling lasts.
The seven masks

Both columns are set independently rather than derived from a rank: Kabuki returns the same 4 Aoi Seika as a Kitsune and still costs twice as much, because it is the rarest thing on the list.
Every stat above is what the mask really hangs on you the moment you put it on, and the pictures are the masks themselves — the same art you will be wearing. What you will not find here is how often a card turns up the one you want. That part you find out by flipping.
